Green Mountain Community Fitness is a community-focused fitness center in Barre, Vermont, providing the greater Barre-Montpelier area with accessible, quality gym facilities and sauna access in a welcoming, mission-driven environment. The center serves Barre’s active working community — many of whom are employed in the granite industry and surrounding trades — alongside students, families, and health-conscious residents who want a reliable fitness and recovery destination in central Vermont’s most accessible commercial hub. Sauna is available to members as part of the fitness package, providing an important thermal wellness component for those building a recovery-integrated fitness practice.

GMCF SwimClub is a swim team for the joy of it! We welcome athletes who love to swim and are looking for a consistent opportunity to practice their skills in the water under expert supervision. With 3 coached sessions per week during the Winter season, GMCF SwimClub is your place to find friends, fitness and fun!
