NuYou Sauna

Founded by Standish resident Lucille Smith, NuYou Sauna is a boutique infrared sauna studio in downtown Standish, Maine — born from a personal journey with chronic pain. After experiencing the healing power of infrared heat therapy firsthand, Lucille opened NuYou Sauna to share those benefits with her community, creating a private, calming space for relaxation, recovery, and renewal.

The studio offers private infrared sauna sessions in immaculately maintained rooms equipped with Bluetooth speakers, customizable chromotherapy lighting, and adjustable temperature settings. Full-spectrum infrared heat gently penetrates the body’s tissues, supporting relief from muscle and joint pain, improved skin tone, deep detoxification, calorie burn, and meaningful stress reduction. Guests can pair their own music via Bluetooth and choose their preferred lighting color, making each session a truly personalized experience.

A standout feature of NuYou Sauna is its 4-D Zero Gravity Massage Chair — a premium complement to the sauna that targets specific muscle groups, corrects structural imbalances, and deepens full-body relaxation. Sessions are available in 30 and 45-minute increments starting at $30. Towels, robes, and cool water are provided.
