The sauna sits behind the Barnwells’ South Road property in a compact cedar-lined trailer, heated by a wood stove to 170 to 190°F using seasoned hardwood — ash, maple, and oak — that Paul prepares and tends himself. Two session formats serve different needs: Community Sessions at $29 per person accommodate up to five guests for a 60-minute shared sauna experience that reflects the social, community-building intention at Morning Dew’s heart. Private Group Sessions at $145 accommodate up to six guests for 75 minutes of exclusive sauna access — ideal for celebrations, friend groups, and small events.
