The Perspire format is private infrared suites with chromotherapy lighting, booked individually. Infrared warms the body directly rather than heating the air, so the cabin runs cooler than a traditional room while producing a comparable sweat over a longer, gentler session.

Barton Springs Pool sits a few miles northeast, spring-fed and holding at around 70°F year-round — not cold by northern standards, but the closest thing central Texas offers to a natural plunge, and a genuine Austin institution.
