Salt Fusion in Sanford combines halotherapy with massage and heat, serving southern Maine’s inland towns.

Sanford is one of the larger Maine towns without a coastline, a former mill centre on the Mousam River that made textiles into the mid-twentieth century. It became a city in 2013 — the most recent in the state — and has spent the years since redeveloping its mill stock.
