The infrared sauna rooms use full-spectrum technology to deliver near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths, penetrating deeply into muscle tissue to support detoxification, recovery, and cellular rejuvenation. The cold plunge provides the powerful contrast therapy component that amplifies infrared’s benefits through dramatic physiological contrast. Red light therapy adds a third dimension of cellular stimulation — supporting collagen production, skin rejuvenation, and mitochondrial function. Experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. This sauna is slightly deeper so you have more room with a friend or space to stretch. The room will be reserved for 45 min. We suggest starting off slow and working to a max of 35 min. The remaining time can be for you to relax, change in/out of your clothes, and to wipe down the equipment afterwards. Your treatment includes access to our recovery lounge and cold plunge on your day of service. We encourage you to bring a friend! ***We will provide a hand towel, but in our attempt to be green and keep our prices affordable, we ask you to bring your own big towels. No worries if you forget or you don’t have any on hand. They will be available to rent for $3.
*** If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 12 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will result in full payment or a used treatment voucher. Treatments are non transferable and non refundable.
