Along with interactive tools, The Healing Space is home to a Medical-grade Solocarbon® 3-in-1 infrared Sauna. This sauna utilizes near, mid and far infrared technology to deliver the following health benefits:

It is recommended to use the sauna no more than 30-45 minutes at a time. The Healing Room is as a self-serve space. Please put your towels in the appropriate hamper and leave the space as you found it. Towels are provided, but it is suggested to bring water with you.

This service books the entire The Healing Room. You have access to the sauna and the contents of it to, help support your healing journey.
Sauna therapy is suggested to last 3–60 minutes, but no longer. Your first session should be no more than 30 minutes due to the detoxification process.
The Healing Room provides tools for self-reflection, relaxation, mediation, stress reduction and gentle energy balancing.
You will find a prayer wheel, hand pan drum, crystal singing bowl, mediation labyrinths, affirmation and mediation cards, a zen sand garden and relaxing music.
This space is a self check-in/check-out space. Kindly place used towels in the laundry hamper upon leaving and return all support tools to their location.
Towels are provided and it is recommended you bring water with you.
To best benefit from the healing affects of the sauna, it is suggested to drink plenty of water afterwards.
